The keys to reaching or staying at a healthy weight are regular exercise and good eating habits.

Setting your weight goal to emphasize health is a smart way to start the journey. A realistic and well-planned weight-loss goals keep you focused and motivated. It provides a plan for change as you transition to a healthier lifestyle.

Regular Exercise

Exercise is helpful for weight loss and maintaining weight loss. It increases metabolism, the number of calories you burn in a day. Exercise can also help you maintain and increase lean body mass, which also helps increase the number of calories you burn each day.

Reduce Stress

Stress increases your appetite and can significantly impact your ability to maintain a healthy weight. It can also prevent you from losing weight.
