Eating healthy can be difficult especially with hectic schedules but here are some tips that will help to make sure you and the kids eat healthily.
🥘 Have regular family meals especially dinner together.
🥗Serve a variety of healthy foods and snacks.
🍜Be a role model by eating healthy yourself.
🌮Involve kids in the process of deciding what to eat and making the food.
🥙Be creative. The same type of food gets boring, look for new ways to cook food the whole family is used to.
